It came from outside

You find yourself in a village surrounded by a palisade. There's a disturbing silence, and there's no sign of life... apparently. What has happened?

Use the arrow keys to move. Bump into things to interact with them. Enter doors by just walking on them.

This is my first attempt at doing a flash game. I discovered the existence of Bitsy only some days ago, and I decided to try it out, to test its possibilities. It's a pretty short game.
I'd like to thank wjhollyart, who made me discover Bitsy with his games, and Steeelshark, who helped me with the process of uploading a Bitsy game on NG. They've made some nice Bitsy games, check them out!
Frontpaged! Wow, I didn't expect that... thank you very much!

My jaw hit the floor. I won't spoil it for anyone, but I love games with this type of plot twist.

Thank you for your review... and for not spoiling the plot! :)

It reminded me of Creepypasta's, the way the writer(s) make the stories are always interesting. It would be cool if there was more I could interact with. Overall it was an okay game. :)

Nirag responds:

Thank you!!
I'm very fond of creepypastas... probably I poured something about this interest into the game without knowing!
I agree about the part of the "interactivity", sadly Bitsy has its limits!

Very short, very minimalistic, but it has something to it that gives me shivers. The reveal was expected lol since one of the notes mention the twitching hand. But I really liked it and it is a nice opening game for the month that is Spooptober!

Nirag responds:

Thank you very much!!!
Yeah, the reveal was intended, towards the end!

I liked this game. But why it looks like he's jackin off all the time?

Nirag responds:

Thank you!
That movement should represent a twitching hand... with all the limitations of those graphics, of course.
Haha, you're right, it looks like he's jacking off. I thought that maybe it was better to make an "upward" movement for the hand, but then it looked like he was doing the jacking off gesture to the people on the other side of the screen.

Are you the same guy who made the lab game? (I don't remember the name) The art style looks exactly like it so if you are the same guy then, good job on making 2 awesome games!

Nirag responds:

Thank you!
No, the guy who made the lab game (called "Operation: Labrat") is wjhollyart. The art style looks the same because we both used Bitsy, an online tool to create small games. Check it out, it's worth it!
