Animation certaintly needs work. I can tell you used Pivot, and I just want to say something-
Don't use pivot.
Pivot feels awkward and weird, and it's much more smoother to use a frame-by-frame animation tool, like Flash (or Adobe Animate).
Free alternatives exist, like Pencil or FireAlpacca if you just want to make short .gifs. But Pivot is awkward, and your animations will look much smoother if you use a different tool.
I don't use pivot I only use Adobe flash professional.
And I use a mouse and I'm planning on getting a xp pen board
that is a big cursor. i can tell you took inspiration from animation vs animator, keep working at it
