I'd probably do some slow-ins and slow-outs. The movement feels a little robotic. Putting emphasis(holding) on certain poses a little longer and easing into those poses will make the dance feel more realistic

Some of the in-betweens didn't line up as well as they should, it seemed that you might've miscalculated where the extremes would taper off.
