Full screen isn't set up properly, and I can't get any tech yet. but not bad overall
Thanks for your feedback! There is definitely a problem with full screen at the moment, but the techs should work. The tree is really rudimentary and doesn't tell you if you already own something, but the effects should appear nonetheless.
The tech's can be brought multiple times. Effect is just once, but you can spend a lot of science there :D
Also, an indicator (like the little white number right to the population) how much is added each turn.
Except that the game lacks an actual goal.
