This is less of a meme and more of one of those cute animatics for a song. Which it does all right too. I feel like there could've been more movement. And the character should've looked more detailed and pretty but the art works. It just isn't the best. Also the way you did it the song is good but it was hard to animate to so maybe choose a song that could be easier to make an animation for. The aniamtion could fit the song better but did an ok job. Basically every thing is just ok.
