You could call me evil but its really funny to read your comment on this with Film Cow's voice.

The art itself is nice, but there are a lot of bugs in the animation even in a loop this short. Personally doesn't invoke any type of emotion in me, maybe because I've seen this very thing several times. That being said for what it's worth this isn't that bad and I do look forward to seeing you create something else.

The story isn't the most original, but goddamn that pupper is cute! He made me feel sad. The animation is nice, but the part where the lady touches the wallet is a bit weird, since she bends her finger in a weird way. It's also a bit disjointed, because some transitions feel like they're missing. The part where the dog's nose is shown above the hat was a bit confusing at first, since I thought he was sniffing one of those mail-holes that some doors have. Overall, it's a nice little sad story that maybe could have been done a bit better in terms of editing. The decision to loop it is also a good one.
