This is indeed the recreation of a so called "octopus" (wich represents the monarchy of the politicians) walking his aracnid pet a "spider" (that represent our enslaved collective as civilians) through an infinite sidewalk while the sun glares upon them and with a wide view of a shore and... ok now seriously is just an octopus walking his pet spider.
