Why not use something good like OpenToonz or Synfig or Blender or Tupitube?

By the request of a Prentis-65, he wanted a pic of these two together. I was going to be a simple image, but I wanted to take this as a opportunity to start/restart animation.

Not an especially good animation. It feels like an e-card from the early '00s. Still, I love the idea of you going above and beyond to fulfill an otherwise simple art request. Stuff like that one almost always put a smile on my face.
