When designing trivia games, it helps to have a little variety. Like locations, details in cut scenes and missions, maybe even throw in some trivia from the previous games. I did like the look of this game, the style is nice though the "yessa" sound effect got grating after a while.

Cool quiz and with the gta content makes it even more fun no changes needed, Alright so these game types are pretty nifty with the quiz style element I have seen lots of these kind come through the portal and its refreshing seeing a quiz game like you have presented here, now ofcourse the interface could be fresher looking but overall this was an entertaining piece of game.
