Year is 2031,
People have grown bored of classic reality shows. Funny jokes are not enough, spectators want blood.
The most ruthless producers have seized the occasion and launched this innovative show.
Well this game is fun. It has a unique concept and it actually looks decent!
great game but is the last level stupors to be impossible?
indeed, this is "the end"
I CAN'T FINISH THE LAST ONE, THE JUMP IS TOO BIG
sorry i didn't get to this sooner. i still think this was a really clever idea, and perhaps could go even further if given a push in the right direction. (not personally sure what that'd be, but i'm pretty sure you've already got the right idea.)
having finally had the chance to go back and play one of the earlier entries, i gotta say that i'm impressed by the updates, and definitely glad for the simplified upgrade station. i do miss the way the stats were shown in at least the first game (still haven't played the second), since it helps explain exactly what's going on, but then again, since they've been replaced with the simplified pop-ups, it also gives the game a sense of flow it didn't have before.
still not getting sound on either browser (no idea what causes that), but like i've said before, it's enjoyable all the same even without. it's a pity that it's so short, and the required stats to pass each successive level do seem kinda progressively heavy (although in part, i think, due to the fact that i was kinda lucky the first time i played: i don't seem as much so the second time around).
i still love it, and think it's a great deal of fun. i think it shows a good deal of promise, honestly, and look forward to seeing more from you in the future.
That was pretty darn fun. Fun enough that I had to look for "If platformers were RPGs" 1&2 I found what I assume is the first one on itch.io, and I just saw the 'secret' sequel... So, onto the review. I liked the way the stats/challenges were presented in the earlier games better, granted it isn't as fluid to pause at each challenge, but it does make it a bit easier to follow and understand just what is going on. I did think all of the games were fun and interesting, I do enjoy the updated graphics, but the game still felt a bit short. I also didn't think the fame/bonus area was very obvious, I didn't notice it until I had already finished the game. I hope to see more of this, perhaps with some additional options for stats, such that the levels and stat increases not only determine if you can finish a level but how the level is finished. Keep up the great work.
