perfect. This is what I needed in my life.

Very neat concept and quite well implemented, except for the part where you don't actually need to topple dominos to finish any levels except one. You can just place dominos halfway off an edge and they'll fall on their own, turning 20-domino stages into literally 1- or 2-domino stages. Add a check to make sure that dominos can only be placed in stable locations, and you'll have a very solid puzzler here once you add more levels.

PaperCookies responds:

Thank you! This game was developed in a week for a school project so it is lackluster in polish, I agree. If I ever rework this I'm putting this on high priority! :)

First of all: Love the concept!

There was one thing that was the major drawback and almost destroyed the whole domino feeling, and that is that you can pass a level by doing things step by step. Take for instance the first level with two red buttons. I first took the right one, removed the domino bricks and then the left one. Same with the levels with a yellow button. First press the yellow button, then rearrange.

What I'm saying is that the whole point of domino is that you should prepare EVERYTHING before flipping the first brick. That is essentially what brings this down from 4 stars to 2.

Other than that, it needs some more polish.

PaperCookies responds:

Thanks for the honest review! That was definitely a design choice I made deliberately because it opened up more interesting level designs in my opinion. That doesn't take away from your opinion and I'm glad you made it. :) Thanks for playing!

Simple, but fun and challenging. I actually want to see more levels, I like the challenges.

4.5/5

Good Job :)!

PaperCookies responds:

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. :)

It has potential. I like it enough, but there's still some problems.

I would like to see a full list of the controls in the game (you also don't mention how to rotate the camera). If you were to develop it into an actual game a title menu with different game modes would also be nice.

You've got a good idea going and I hope you'll develop it more.

PaperCookies responds:

Hey thanks for the response!

Camera controls pop up in the first level you need them. It's cut off a bit, I'm still new to WebGl deployment so sorry about that! Other than that, all controls are present.
