This game was very cute and thoughtful! I was frustrated by a lack of instruction on how to open the inventory, it was not an intuitive thing to find. I had to go to a walkthrough just to see that hovering the mouse near the top of the screen would open it. Including a helpful tip right at the beginning would help! Simple wintery music would be nice too. Loved the carrot puzzle, that was great. I hope to see more from you in the future, you've got a lot of potential!

I've now updated the game with a new icon visible when first starting. People not being able to find where the inventory is was a common problem. Other issues, like the visible lag when switching the scenes, I'm positive I won't be able to fix with my current knowledge; I've depleted all optimization tips.
I'll introduce ambiental music in my future games, for now I've tinkered with small sounds effects only - small steps, sound design is a whole new chapter.
I may be an idiot but I could not figure out where the inventory was. I got the lock pick and such but I could not figure out how use it!
