Thanks for the nice review and feedback! I use Adobe Animate. I really tried to fix that steering wheel loop but wasn't able to do it. The cartoon is comprised of about 9 symbols strung together sequentially and when one symbol transitions to next there is a slight jerk in the steering wheel (which I assume is what you're referring to). I had to string symbols together because when all 7 minutes of animation were played as one solid block on the main stage it would eventually start going out of sync with the audio.
