First of all this video is insensitive and offensive to those who are not smart and not kind. At least surely to those who are not smart, because unlike kindness and fatness - your intellect is genetic and is not something you can change.
I agree that being fat is surely not a curse - it is an accumulation of poor choices. Nothing mystical about it.
Learning to love yourself means finding strength to make the right choices despite stress and temptations.
The animation is well drawn but message is a mess.
