The animation is lackluster and keeps repeating the same five or so frames over and over again. The dialogue could work if the voice-acting and execution were better. I get that the point is supposed to be that the conversation is going in circles, but usually when you make a joke like this it needs to have some sort of logical flow where the characters' misunderstanding just gets deeper and deeper. This just keeps going in circles in a bad way. Next time, animate it better and make sure the conversation is logical.
