Its choppy, because its an animatic, not a 2D animation.
There are only keyframes. No inbetweens frames.
As for the timing. I think my timing was synced pretty well with the background music and what was going on in the video.

More more more, the art is great, the only request would be "keep it coming". I enjoy the dark feel of how the artist creates the flow of the characters.
Next animation,
I'll definitely have more of a story, smoother animation, and it'll be colored.
