I Encourage these kinds of flash works, So lets keep the aspect of breathing some life into an old style and you have done that here and it does seem to be working. Anyways you have a cute little animation here it was smooth funny and entertaining, so nice work here.

Video quality and dialogue are excellent.
The sound effects are corny.
I know this video is parody but Sonic doesnt get his speed from his shoes.
But other than that this is pretty good.
