I never played cricket, so the name Master Blaster says nothing to me. But the game is good enough for on Newgrounds. It runs smoothly and the graphics are fine.

The fact that you only have 2 response buttons makes it rather repetative, after one game (of scoring 87 total) I pretty much was done. This also because I immediatly became Highscore leader. I might revisit to see how others do.

I suggest making a higher difficulty, where you add press up or down first then left or right. Make sure you anounce this in time so it's still relatively easy.
Then add Hard where you have to do it at the same time.
And maybe 'extreme' where you have to look at the curve of the ball itself / movement of the thrower?
