A short (wip) interactive animation for a university project, featuring my character Peter the porcupine! In this game he's taken the lovely Cora for a date to the fair, and it's up to you what they do!

(I am hoping to expand this in the following weeks, so this is just a wip at the moment)

All be it short the animations are super cute and I hope this game does further develop itself!

MeghamDraws responds:

Thanks very much! I'm uploading a new version today with colour and more frames, sound will be added over the summer. Thanks very much for the kind words!

There is no sound, this is not a game, the animation is lousy and I don't care about these characters.

why no sound :(

MeghamDraws responds:

Ah, this was a uni task and we had to post the games up on newgrounds by a certain date regardless of whether they were finished or not. I do intend to fix / add some things in the coming weeks, so thank you for the feedback ! I'll be adding sound next update.

The animation is smooth, but would look much better in color. There should be more places to go, and activities to check out. More musical choices and sound effects are really needed. This is good for a work in progress flash.

MeghamDraws responds:

Thanks very much!!
I just posted a new version in color but as it was a uni task created in under a week, there's not going to be many options I'm afraid. Different story if I created a interactive animation over the summer though! Thanks very much for the critique.

This animation is lovely!
I love the story and the character designs.
I believe that the buttons menus deserve a suitable background, instead of it being blank.
If you wanted to add more to this creation, I would recommend adding sound and colour.

An example of sounds that can be used are:

Crowds - People talking and walking/Children laughing
Roller Coaster sound effects
Circus music...

The objects they interactive would include the sounds that they need such as:

The bouncy castle deflating
The Cotton Candy machine...

But overall, I love this animation and I would love to see these characters developed and used.

MeghamDraws responds:

Thanks Celina that's super helpful,
I love the idea of the crowd sounds !! that's a nice little quirk ^^
thanks a bunch!!!
