I'm currently 15 and taking a computer programming class. My class is moving super slow and I'm trying to push ahead of everyone else. I started this game 3 hours ago and will likely keep working on it for another couple weeks. Just want to hear some opinions! This is only v.01

I take programming classes too, so I know talent when I see it. I have a question, did you make these models? Anyway, smooth animation.
I mean, I guess I shouldn't be surprised since you DID say "bare bones" but it's literally just a white void with a movable character.
I...guess look into the animation glitch if you have the character walk diagonally? Otherwise, it might be best to submit something that has a but more substance to it.
You can also look up tutorials and lessons online for things like this to get ahead more. Good luck in your computer class and it's good that you're taking initiative like this.
Once you have a functional game, even a prototype, it might be best to submit it then.
