Just came to this game from the sequel, a different beast but fun in it´s own way. Both games have interestings philosophical thoughts that are uncommon for such games but blend in nicely. Also, the music is very good.
A game about reflexes and life. Do you have the skills to set a High Score?
Avoid the asteroids by using WASD or Arrow Keys.
You’ll need to research the upgrades if you want to go deeper!
Edited: Scoreboard is now working!

Thanks for playing both games and for your feedback. Yes, I thought I'd give a pretty ordinary space avoidance game a bit of a twist; I'm glad that you found it fun to play!
Excellent game. Loved the quotes, simple graphics and choice of music. Person who made this should be proud of themselves.
A much more basic variant on the space game than the other. :) Though simplicity's nice too... I like the details, like 'Time is an illusion'. Those things made games back in the day the most fun, too. Little things you just don't seem to get with the commercial ones, streamlined and mainstream as they are. Well, I miss the medals, and it's not quite as catchy as the other one but... good fun! Not bad at all for a first game.

bullet hell, the best type of hell
Very simple game, but very well done. I enjoyed cool quotes, visuals and music.
Sadly this game doesn't have fullscreen that would amplify the immersion in this beautiful game, it's a minus.
Also I have issue with animation of the ship - for something that flies in all directions with the same speed - why does it have thrusters only on one side?
