what Can I say these have really grown on me with passion, and thats basicly what you put into these energy and passion and you make them funny not all of them but in each one especially this one you always keep the humor alive, and for that I thank you. So judging from everything here seems like you are on the right track, there are some interesting visuals and I like your idea of direction on this flash entry and seems you really know what you are doing so that was all a plus. I have almost come to the end of this submission, and somethings I found pleasent, and some even more pleasent, all and all it was a pretty decent entry, You know how to Produce some good stuff here, It is obvious though that this could still use some touch ups and I may explain that in the improvment sections but if not cheers to a good flash presentations here.

~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
There was some small shaking not sure what that was but it was nothing maybe a tad bit more polish would be nice.

Your getting slightly better with the animation.
Your rotating Sergio in different angles, its a start.

You still need a lot of improvement in designing characters and backgrounds.

Like you said in your short,
look at books and learn, so you can get better.

Personally I use youtube, professional demo reels, and animated pencil test gifs.

Would've been cool if you actually dove down a bit deeper into that animation topic, and gave some practical tips and stuff along the way! We know it's important now but... why is it important, and stuff? Good talk but kinda missing the most important thing about that animated importance...
