The coloring was pretty good, In fact I like it! The drawing itself is what needs improvement. The proportions in the face really needs to be fixed, the way I learned was to study a bit of what an anime character actually looks like from the side. If you meant to make it look like the way it does then that's okay too. It's not the worst, but I know you can do better :)

Fine cartoon character you did here. Personally, I think his mouth is awkwardly placed. Is he a singer that tilted his mouth to the side? Good illustration nonetheless but that's my only qualm. is the mouth placement.
