It's pretty decent smooth animation as well as smooth sound, the music was slightly unfitting and the choice of another sonic OC is meh.
As far as what NG allows it's pretty broad just don't use copyrighted material.
I'm gonna upload this, and test the waters around Newgrounds, to see what they allow and don't allow, in terms of music choices, sfx, certain sprites, etc. So who knows really? XP
