Pico blam scale gets a 3 because art animation and sound were spot on. But the story was truncated.(polite word for way the heck too short to form a real joke) Just as I was expecting it to pick up or deliver a joke the show was over.
???? If you were just seeing if we like your animation and what not then congrats!
But if you were trying to tell a story or make a joke then you cut it too soon!
Make more please. Because while I din't think the story was all that woofy I loved the animation!
