Cool Beans man groovy
This is an FGfanimation I did earlier this year.
The press release for the episode mentions the B-Plot, but neither the televised nor DVD versions have the B-Plot, and the audio commentary doesn't mention this at all, and Vinny is pretty upset about it. He then tells Stewie, who doesn't know what Vinny's talking about, about the details.
If anyone wants to see a link to the press release, here are two:

I think FOX, after they see this, need to do one of three options:
A) Recall the Family Guy Season Fourteen DVD until the B-Plot *has* been mentioned in the audio commentary, as well as why it wasn't added in the episode at all.
B) Rerelease the Family Guy Season Fourteen DVD with a new audio commentary that mentions the B-Plot and why it wasn't added in the episode at all.
C) Import the B-Plot into a future episode.
Software used:
Moho Pro 12
Sony Movie Maker
Audio footage used:
FG0816 - "Quagmire's Dad"
FG1110 - "Brian's Play"
Note: Stewie and Vinny are copyright of Seth MacFarlane and FOX as is Family Guy.
Cool Beans man groovy
M rating seems a bit too high for this since the word "fuck" is only used once. Also, the voice acting for Vinny was almost perfect. Stewie's voice sounded exactly like it does in Family Guy. It was drawn very accurately. And that ending was hilarious in my opinion. I give it 5 stars :)
