This is an FGfanimation I did a long time ago, on September 19, 2015.
Vinny read a passage from his book, "Wish It, Want It, You Blew It", to Stewie in "Christmas Guy", so now, he's reading it to Brian, too. He didn't write it to hurt Brian's feelings, though. He just wanted to be like Brian, who, being honest with Vinny, thanks him for writing it anyway.

My only complaint is you need to fill in the gaps in the outline.... im not really versed in vector based animstion but id assume you would do this bu haveing a rounded outline for the shape on the last layer... so that when it rotates around there is still an outline there... but idk id ask someone more versed on the topic how to do it.... otherwise pretty good.
