Oh man, the moment Tito appeared, I knew this was gonna be good. I really loved his stony behavior, and that introduction was perfect. I really loved the guy and his movements, everything. That kind of character just never gets old. The handshake was great as well. I love the less emphasized joke of Tangy Mustard getting into J-Pop idol management as well. The song was so good, andI love the ending and how even Sublo starts going along with it. SUblo having to fi the internet was also great. The ending was a bit weirdly edited, because it seems like Sublo got angry about that and they left, not like they took 3 hours. Also, Sublo sounds a little unconvincing at the start.
Overall a short but sweet one, super funny, just some little flaws.

Such a good looking cartoon. Did you do the backgrounds and all? Very original shit man.

"Man, we got Titoed..."

A short and clean episode (maybe except for the fact that Tito is totally high on pills). Talking about him, Tito is a very interesting character, he has many details that help build his personality. His large and unfit jacket, the spot on his pants and the fact that he keeps scratching himself are some to mention. But the best is the way that his habitat also builds up who he is, it is a messy and dirty apartment that makes it look like he stays at home the whole day, but is too slacking to tidy everything up.

I love how there is an evergrowing cast of side characters that have just as much personality as the main ones, all with their little tweeks and unique characteristics.

(TOTALLY OFF-TOPIC: I needed to talk about your response about Katy on my last review. Yes, the show has definitely been mean to her, but I think this makes her more real: life didn't go so good for her, and that makes her grumpy personality make sense. But it definitely would be interesting to see her have a lucky break, it would be nice to see a how "happy Katy" is, and I think it could be really fun writing and developing different sides of the same character).

aalong64 responds:

We do see a bit of 'happy Katy' in episode 11, although it's based on a misunderstanding... But yeah I always want to discover and explore different aspects of the characters, hence why I like putting them in new situations.

And Tito will come back every now and then, at least until Sublo gets his act together and finds a better living situation!

i knew a guy like this... i would always hate when he would start talking about some obscure edm artist like i knew who he was. then when i would be forced to say "yeah i dont know who that is."... he would then proceed to play me several songs from the guy and we would sit there in silence and awkwardly listen to it. just like tito

amazing how many songs you grow to resent when your being held socially hostage listening to them. XD

anyway Great work!

aalong64 responds:

Hahaha thanks for sharing that, I can relate to your pain.

I'm really enjoying this series. Simple, clear love of Flash, neat backgrounds and making use of cinematic language. I also like the ever expanding cast of weird side characters. Although being the only member of most of my friend groups pursuing art for a living, I'm always paranoid about looking like Tito to people, relatable as well
