"I say he has potential" At least it wasn't a direct animator vs animation try hard
This is meant to be an oldschool throwback to the earlier days of Newgrounds inspired by Animator Vs. Animation. I thought it would be fun to make a stickman short using only windows XP sound effects, and after that idea i decided to go further and use Windows XP and Macromedia Flash MX 2004! I hope you enjoyed the animation, and if you didn't then please tell me what was wrong so i can improve in the future. Thanks for viewing!

This feels, pretty lazy. The background itself is extremely low quality, the animation is short, and the stick figure isn't seen interacting with much besides escaping the canvas (which is easy to 'animate' just scribble white over where the character's gonna leave) and not even any interaction after he presses the 'X' I find it to be a little lazy and of poor quality.
thanks for the review, i'll be sure to work on this.
I like the oldschool NG feel! :D
awesome!
lol, the ending made me laugh at the end. it kinda reminds me of something i made like 3 years ago with the stickman and cursor.
cool. I made something like this last year.
It's okay, though I don't really understand it? It felt like the beginning of something bigger but after the stick man presses the button, that's it. Another gripe I have is that the head of the figure rapidly changed throughout the animation, this would be kind of okay except it is kind of distracting with it constantly changing size and shape. Keep working but, I just didn't really like this one.
Side Note: I don't really see how it's a throwback??
Thanks for the response! I guess the head changing sizes is just me getting used to using a mouse instead of a tablet, and if i make another one it'll definitely be longer. And the way it's a throwback is:
1) SWF and play button, something we don't see in 2017 due to HTML overthrowing Flash
2) the 4:3 aspect ratio, something phased out by the time widescreen was available
3) The theme of Windows XP Animator Vs. Animation, something from early to mid 2000s.
Thanks for the review, i'll be sure to improve on the next one :D
