Wendel is the scientist/roboticist that helps Vermin ans Sam crush the bad guys. He has to get his shit together with his inventions first. Robot needs work. Character turns are character demos between production of full episodes.

The entire thing felt quite pointless to me, it was just 5 seconds of a dog being rotated before a robot chases it for the next 2.
