Like you said, incredibly difficult, and uses "cheap" tactics. 4 miliseconds is less time then it takes for the human body to blink sooooooo I don't see anyone succeeding without cheating or insane luck.
After a discussion about a certain well known game that is considered incredibly difficult, I wanted to make one using "cheap" tactics.
This is what I came up with.

Hm... when I used an autoclicker to actually pass the thing on time, it just says "GO!" and stops the game from doing anything else. This legitimately has no real content whatsoever.
While the timer is going down, the key event listeners are active in order to prevent script execution time from possibly interfering with the reaction time. Doing it this way made it so that you could potentially win just by holding space down (because the "keydown" event gets spammed). To counter that, I made is so that if the spacebar was pressed, it would wait until the accompanying "keyup" event would occur before allowing you to press the spacebar again.
I assume what is going on is that your autoclicker isn't sending the "keyup" event after sending the "keydown" event. If it spammed both at a fast enough interval, it should be able to beat it.
Its a good game BUT ITS LEGIT IMPOSSIBLE! If youre gonna make a game, make it be a game. Not an thing thats impossible to beat.
I wouldn't really call this a game, but it works.
nice.
