uploaded in 2017 lol a lil late there

This game is a masterwork of subversive art, and previous reviewer doesn't know their head from a hole in the ground.

A side scrolling shooter. Not a very good one. You move with the mouse and shoot by clicking.
1 The background is pixelated and blurry, and moves with a skip likes it's on a broken loop.
2 The player character leaves a trail of bubbles where ever he goes, but they don't seem to help him or to hurt the enemies, so I don't know what the purpose is.
3 You can shoot horizontally by clicking the mouse, but it doesn't always work. Does the shot need to recharge or something? If so, there is no indicator for that.
4 You have 3 lives, but instead of losing one when you collide with an enemy, the lives counter decreases while you are in contact, and keep going into the negative numbers. Seems that there is no game over condition.
