Alright. Of course, for things like walk cycles, more frames is generally better except when the character is moving quickly. So the yellow bean running looks like it has 4 frames? which looks great. But then the green bean walking seems to have the same amount or less, and the walk there looks much more awkward.
There's an animation error during which you switch scenes before the yellow bean has left from the right side, making it look like he abruptly teleported.
When the yellow bean drops the box and starts panting, it took me a few rewatches to realize he's supposed to be panting and not squatting wierdly for a few seconds. Since you chose not to animate a mouth, an alternative is to have the bean inflate/deflate slightly instead to give the impression of breathing, no mouth required!
There was no anticipation for the kick, so it comes across as sudden. Try having the leg move back a bit longer. But you did make the green bean anticipate picking up the box, which adds to the comedy when the yellow bean shoots him after green starts moving.
