While your point of view is interesting, I feel like it misses the core of why many people hate this movie. One of these reasons is simply that it's a very slippery slope. Because this movie was fairly successful, that also means that more movies that will be produced in a quick and uncaring manner, causing more movies to have the record for "Shortest Produced Animated Film of All Time." While it did connect with a certain age demographic that a admit is not for me, it really shows how animation producers don't even have to try anymore to make successful products. Doesn't everyone deserve quality rather than garbage made to milk money for as long as possible, like the "Spiderman Elsa" Videos online? Do you want cinemas to have more Minions Movie or Hannibal Lector? Do you want to see more Amazing Spiderman 2 quality level movies or more like Moana and Beauty and the Beast, with love and effort put into it? I hope you understand why some people dislike this movie now. On a side note, those blogger-commentary channels have a right to exist and share their opinions, as they have the free speech right. So, it doesn't really have that much relevance to why people hate it.
