Okay, the podcast was entertaining enough for me to stick around to the end. The artwork reminds me of a more primitive Cox n' Crendor with a cooler color palette. What that means is you are shooting for a cartoon style that aids the audio by utilizing artwork emphasizing expression over movement or actual animation.
The one problem you are at right now: you're just getting started it seems. The execution of your style is, at the moment, a tad rudimentary. The actual animation here is lacking because that wasn't the point, I assume. But you do seem to have basic understanding of appropriate posture and facial expression during conversation. That's a good place to start.
In the future I hope to see you actually get some proper movement involved in your videos. Or, if you stick with this for a while, make it more pleasing to the eye, exaggerated, and crisp. One of the things that makes these kinds of animations work is exaggeration and humor of the visuals. You'll get there.
