I get the Full Throttle comparison often though I admit that I never played the game O_O
Just bought the Remastered to give it a well deserved play-through.
I can tell you that my main influences where Crash Bandicoot, Biker Mice from Mars and a whole lot of post-apocalyptic movies.
I really like it! You have great cinematic timing. I think your piece does, in fact, sell the tone of the game pretty nicely. My only complaint (and it's a tiny nitpick) is that the trailer is a little vague. I'm not quite sure what kind of trailer this is for.
