Although the art seemed to be the lovechild of South Park and a DeviantArt user whom only used
MS Paint, there was a subtle charm to this "cartoon", emphasis on subtle. The voice acting was surprisingly good (sans the singing old man inside the plane) in comparison to the dismal art.
The sound used in the intro and ending sounded like it was made in Mario Paint, just not very well.
The animation itself was acceptably fluid, with copy & pasted mouths which synced with the speech fairly well.

If someone could explain the old business tycoon dancing inside a jet with his pants off, please do as the joke flew over my head.

Overall, this cartoon is amusing much in the same way Tommy Wiseau's "The Room" is. Hopefully it was created to be taken as a joke. One final positive of the animation is the smooth eyeball movements. They shine out over the lacklustre appearance of the rest of the animation.
