An early tldr: First time animating on Adobe After Effects, hate the program, made for an assignment, isn't that great, etc.

The animation was made for an assignment I was..uh..assigned in lets-go-with 'higher education'. We were told to make a 20 second max animation on Adobe After Effects by cutting out parts of a John Vassos painting and layering them and yeah, animating them.
The painting is from John Vassos' 'Phobia' collection, and the original name of this one in particular is 'Agoraphobia'. Agoraphobia is a rather broad phobia in terms of definition, look it up if you don't know what I mean. Part of it is the fear of open places and that's the part of the phobia I focused on.

Sorry if the quality is a little icky, it was my first time using Adobe After Effects (and animating in this way in general) and the fact that the program and I don't really 'get along' didn't help.
Regardless, I hope y'all enjoy it.

P.S. The painting doesn't look exactly the same, as we were instructed to 'reconstruct' the painting by painting over it in more solid colours, most likely to make the animation process easier. Some of the detail was lost in the process as well but eh, I'm still happy to what I ended up with to an extent.

P.P.S. The format is a little odd (text on the left, animation on the right) cause that's how we were told to do it for the assignment or something.
