Shading is ok and the highlights should be more refined and look more subtle.
The highlights and shading should be gradual and blend into each other.
I know your characters aren't suppose to be realistic and your going for that "anime, cartoon" look,
but you still need to work on your digital drawing skills.

I enjoy speedpaints, so this was good. Nice choice of music, and the pace was very balanced. It isn't god-tier art like Deathink might draw, but it is solid work.
