I like the style and the warm colors, nice audio too. Great for a first animation! At least compared to my trash lol.

Not bad dude the lip sync isnt bad, the overall art vould use work but that comes with practice! Keep it up dude!

This isn't really anything funny. Just animating "Hey, where's perry?" is a good lip-syncing exercise, but not worth posting. If its a little longer, you can post it.

While the animation is ok for your 1st time making something, I would not recommend submitting a video this short under judgement. I recommend posting it to Dumping Grounds. It is the button next to your message button. And with it, you can show off your submission to your friends, family, fans, etc. So please do that instead. I doubt this submission will even get passed judgement, but if so, congratulations.
