As far as effort goes, this was very well done. Almost all of this was done perfectly, but I do have some critiques that I think could improve the show: You are saying a lot of things at once and it's hard for viewers to pay attention closely so I would suggest having key words that you are saying in every frame (think of it as a power point presentation). If words aren't your thing, you can also animate almost every word you say with pictures like the show "Game Theory" does to keep viewers interested. Another thing that is distracting is your catchphrase, "Let's talk about it", is very similar to Good Mythical Morning's catchphrase, "Let's talk about that". Even the song after it is like Good Mythical Morning. I don't know what relation you guys have with that show, but as soon as I hear that I start thinking that this might be a rip off. Personally, I would start off with some sort of simple question and branch out into the rest of the video (kind of like Vsauce).

I would suggest studying very big animated shows and note what you like and dislike about that show and then turn that into your own original idea. These shows are very popular for a number of reasons, but mainly it's because they found a way to entertain their audience. You guys have most of the key things down (sound, acting, high quality animations, script, jokes, and the 180 premise) and all you need to do is improve or add minor things along the way.
