You nailed it, the Kylo Ren character wasn't badly acted just had a lot of stupid lines and ended up doing a lot of dumb things. I really hope poor writing doesn't end that actors career, he was hilarious on SNL!

Contrary to belief being a crack baby or a meth baby doesn't make the baby retarded. (context slow). It would however cause the baby to be SEVERELY ADDICTED and have ADD-ADHD, be hyper agressive (addicted), depression, and anxiety. Since Kylo is hyperactive-agressive (tantrums), and is a "emo" his brooding of not measuring up to his Grandfather. These are definatly his traits. BUT, if Lea was a drunk, Then Kylo would have had FAS, Retardation is part of the FAS spectrum.
