Great animation overall, good pacing for story. Only complaint was that the audio in a couple of places wasn't super clear.
Our once-great city of Drunkton is plagued with super villains such as the infamous Doctor Responsibility, The insane Mortgage Master, and the terrifying Captain Career.
Thank goodness for Drunkman and his faithful sidekick Shandy.
