What does it mean? I don't know. Teve is the name of the TV and it's pronounced like Steve, but without the S. The other thing's name is Legs, if you were curious.
Edit: It's come to my attention that this can be easily interpreted as a snobbish anti-technology cartoon and I just want to clarify that's not the intention. I just wanted to try out something with surreal imagery

Wait, How did the puppet-creature caught fire?, Well, no problem, as Teve was a friendly TV in some way after all.
This was pretty fun to watch, I specially liked this "puppet" guy ...oh, it's named Legs, he had some fun reactions.
