Informative and helpful... Will look forward to more, particularly more 'in depth'.
Now while a lot could be argued about style, it is just style. However, I would suggest a little more on the actual animation, particularly the face of the speaking character. It doesn't take a lot, but this kind of comes across cheaply or rushed because you only open the guy's mouth as he talks. Even a 'bah-bah-bah' for most of it would be something. You know? Otherwise it's good work.
You could go so far as to animate focused on the subject as you present it, rather than introducing a clip or gif, just illustrate with a shift in the speaker's drawn style and activities... Just a thought... For 'timing' for example, let the timing slip a few milliseconds (if you can) between the action or speech and the audio. Then clean it up with a redo and suggest the second time round was better... You might even be surprised how far 'off' the audio can get before your brain actually notices... lol...
Anyways, breathe, relax, and have fun with it...
