Hi guys! This is newgamingspies. This is an animation I did for my 6 month animation course in my country. It was challenging, since I had to use Toon Boom, a software that I hadn't animated fully with, and having only three weeks to finish the animation. Overall, I loved each and every step of this journey, and I'd like to share with you my final animation: Crossing

Clean artwork, felt a bit like the Happy Tree Friends art style. Would like to see more, keep up with what your doing

newgamingspies responds:

Thanks a lot! :D

I liked it! You have a knack for close ups and expressions, great job there. It could use a little editing down, but it was a fun little short regardless. :)

newgamingspies responds:

Thank you! And sorry for not responding! ;-; :'D

Why did the boy cross the road?- I don't know and neither does he. I mean c'mon. He wanted to cross the road just so he can make an awkward 180 degree turn and then spend way too much time to run like 5 meters...
Overall it's not bad. Mood of this animation is nice too... but I guess it would be nice to have some logic behind it too.

newgamingspies responds:

:P Thanks! :D

Great job dude, your animation is nice and friendly, some little problems with the moving o the things and the timing reaction but its just good how did you do it, the ace zoom its great concept but it's a bit long for what should be, and I think there should be more SFX sound like the cars or the fĂsics but its ok with the mute voices of the character and the outcome its great. Keep that way m8!.

newgamingspies responds:

Thanks for the review. I used Toon Boom Harmony Premium, and it was the first time I used a toon boom software for an animation like this. I haven't learnt how to properly use sfx in their right places and stuff, but I hope to get better as the day goes by. :P
Thanks again!
