Am I out of my mind thinking this was heavily inspired by Aqua Teen Hunger Force? First, the guy at the beginning who got the raisins instead of the eggs reminds me of Carl, the way he looked and the way he talked. And then the two stupid main characters and just every aspect of the misadventure they had seemed like something that would happen in that show. I don't mean that in a bad way. It is rather like ATHF at their BEST, and they had some sucky episodes too. I'd have rather they continued with Brak instead, back in the day.
Interesting. Never really watched too much of ATHF, so cant say its an influence. I have however always been a fan of Regular Show and also deadpan/awkward/random humor. Reggie Watts and Eric Andre type stuff. But I'm glad you liked it! Thanks.
