Good game , but last few days i have there just get ready ... Have tried : ctrl + f5 on chrome (not working),done override software (not working), other system and browser (stoped loading on 32% ) ...
Hi, sorry for the trouble, we were updating the game, new version uploaded and now should work properly.
everything else works on my computer with wifi but now in this game its saying there's a wifi connection error and wont connect
Please use "support" button in game's header and provide additional geo/networking details.
Wow , I paid so much money to this game and I log in right now just to find that all of my progress that I had is completely gone , I AM FREAKING OUT right now &ndd I ALREADY EMAILED THE SUPPORT GROUP FOR THE GAME . Hopefully I can get all my progress back or at least GET A REFUND , I spent a good amount to get Crystals for the Drone Pads (I had 4 of them) and now NOTHING . I see other peoples comments before me and almost ALL of them are having this experience . And THIS ISN'T JUST CURRENT , it seems that it has been happening for quite awhile now and I AM VERY CONCERNED for I have spent HUNDREDS of HOURS playing this game . Hopefully if they do get me my progress back they can COMPENSATE ME for the troubles they gave me with something in-game , if they can't I hope they GIVE ME MY MONEY at least .
SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND TO MY COMMENT to let me know what is going to happen .
Should I just leave it to my EMAIL to the SUPPORT GROUP to go through or should I actually HIT UP THE NEWGROUNDS GROUP to help me out too ? I should just to be safe aswell because I DO NOT WANT MY HARD EARNED CASH TO GO TO WASTE.

We had a temporary support misorganization, that lead to unfullfilled requests. If it's still a question for you - please use support form in header again. Right now we have only one person taking all support requests and we decided to only process email requests.
