Animation was decent for this short video, with everything running very smoothly.
For the humor, it seems what was intended to make you laugh the most were the voices, not necessarily anything you saw. Unfortunately, it's slightly difficult to understand with the creator's "female" voice, as it sounds slightly strained. I'd recommend either practicing clearer, smoother pronunciation of the lines, or perhaps request volunteer voice actors for the female roles.
Then, I think the creator should brainstorm more, and discover what exactly he finds genuinely witty, and thus, funny. This is the impression I get from his humor would shine. Some use exaggerated expressions in animated shorts, others prefer crude jokes, and some prefer the subtle nuances of everyday conversation. I think this creator's comedic potential lies in his wit, and should be explored for future jokes.
The sound effects were synced well, although, I felt the music could have been more dramatic as appropriate for a fight. There are many royalty free soundtracks you can make use of for future videos.
I'm going with 3/5. The animation, I felt, was the area given the most attention to detail, hence, the most impressive feature here. The first two notes--the voices and music--can be easily mended in future projects. As for the humor, I get the impression writing wasn't highly prioritized here, but definitely should be next time. When people discover what they personally find funny, everyone can be hilarious in their work, and this is potential I can tell the creator can make good use of.
