Oblivion Elegy Trailer

This trailer is for a comic book book that I am releasing this winter. The first volume of Oblivion Elegy will be an entirely independent effort. The series will span 7 issues in all.

I was inpired by the motion-comic style animation of the cutscenes in the Infamous games.

Really nice

So I for one based on this video look forward to more of what you may bring in the comic and hope you may bring it more out in the open the comic looks to be something pretty amazing and hope to see some the visuals are amazing

~~SUGGESTED IDEAS~~
Make more and make more to the comic

~X~

Looks like something to look forward to! Apocalyptic, superpower-enanced scenarios always seem promising somehow. The narration's not always the most intense, but it tells the story, and the mesh of effects and drawing works well. Nice work.

Thanks for the feedback!

A little much gore and poor voice acting.

excellent drawings, nice layout, good presentation of your comic, into a motion comic type format.
its clever!

this felt like a cool superhero comic /graphic novel, and it was really good, with an interesting story, and with beautiful visuals (excellent drawings, once again!)

i liked the story, and while im not a fan of violence, it was interesting, to say the least.

also, the music choice of zimmer was great, and it enhanced the movie into becoming more epic...
great work, cool movie, great drawings/visuals.

keep it up!

MartinMaySee responds:

Big time thanks for the positive feedback!

I really appreciate the feedback on my drawing style. The pencil drawing during the montage was done by Sarah, the voice actor for the female character, so for that one I have to give her credit.

I know the violence is a bit extreme at the end, but it all ties into elements of the story.

More updates will arrive in the coming weeks if you're interested. Thanks again!

Awesome!!! This looks cool, but the part where she tore the dude's back open was creepy. Other wise, it would have been a five star! Would like to see more of who attacked and why they attacked.

MartinMaySee responds:

Thanks! I knew I could potentially push some viewers away with that scene, but decided to keep it in for a few reasons I felt were important. I think iolence has the power to show consequence and even develop characters in a certain way.

I appreciate all your comments though, I hope you might check out volume one later this year!
